Afta Law School berdiri pada 16 Agustus 2008 di Yogyakarta. Keberadaan Afta Law School didedikasikan bagi pembangunan dan pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat maupun para profesional di bidang hukum dan bidang-bidang penunjang hukum lainnya.
Sejek didirikan Afta Law School telah menyelenggarakan berbagai pelatihan/training hukum bagi masyarakat luas baik perorangan maupun bagi dunia usaha atau korporasi, termasuk bekerjasama dengan berbagai asosiasi profesi dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan dan pelatihan profesi hukum tertentu atau profesi penunjang lainnya.
Afta Law School didukung oleh trainers/instructures profesional yang terdiri dari Dosen Perguruan Tinggi, Advokat, Konsultan Hukum, Certified Mediators, Certified Legal Auditor, Certified Tax Lawyers, Certified Legal Drafter, Certified Sharia Economic Lawyers, Notaris, dan para pakar hukum lainnya.
